A STUDY ON PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH AND HOME-OFFICE IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC SCENARIO

This research addresses the causes of problems related to emotional symptoms, in the pandemic scenario of covid-19. In this way, our objective is to present a vision regarding the importance of caring for the psychological health of workers. The research is justified because it is necessary to alert society and companies so that they have due care with their employees. In this sense, the methodology used for the development of the work was bibliographic research and field research. As a result, it was found that respondents had emotional symptoms while working from home, which can have negative consequences for work-related situations.
